2. Failed Transactions

  • If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will automatically be refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days.

  • If you do not receive the refund, please contact your bank first and then inform us with transaction details.

3. Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

  • COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

  • Heyglow reserves the right to cancel COD orders in case of repeated non-acceptance.

4. Pricing Errors

In case of any pricing errors on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount.
